RETURN POLICY

From the time you receive your original artwork from our couriers, you have seven (7) days to decide whether to keep the work or return the artwork in its original condition for a refund.

We also require all returned artwork to be shipped out by the buyer within three (3) days after confirming with us that the work will be returned. So, if you receive artwork you’ve purchased from this Site and are not fully satisfied, you have:

1. Seven (7) days to contact us about your intent to return the work.

2. Three (3) days from the day you contacted us to ship out the artwork.

***Do not ship the artwork before contacting us; you must first contact us.***

If you do not notify us of your intent to return the work within 7 days of receipt or you do not ship the work within 3 days of notifying us, you will NOT be eligible for a refund. (Some exceptions will apply. Please contact us for an assessment of your specific situation.)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Fine Art items with a value of $35 or more must be returned using a trackable shipping method. Items with a value more than $500 must also be insured.

All product packaging (boxes, etc.) and certificates of authenticity and appraisal must be returned with the item.

Any Fine Art item returned without original documentation will be rejected.

Any Fine Art items that have been damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery, won't be accepted for return.

Before sending a Fine Art return, photograph the item for your records.

We may determine that a refund can be issued without requiring a return. If you aren't required to mail your item back for a refund, you will be notified by email.

How to Return Undamaged Artwork.

Step 1. Within seven (7) days of your merchandise delivery date, please email studio@ivancordoba.art to give us your order information and the reason for wanting to return the item.

Step 2. Repackage the artwork using the original packaging materials used by us. If you’ve already disposed of the original packaging, you’ll be responsible for purchasing packaging materials to send the artwork back safely. Step 3. Email studio@ivancordoba.art to complete the return process.

Once the piece safely reaches us, we will process your return and the amount owed will be refunded to your original source of payment in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order (minus shipping costs and international customs fees, if any) within 7-10 business days of your merchandise return.

Additional shipping fees may apply for international returns.

What to Do If the Artwork Arrives Damaged

Step 1. Within seven (7) days of your merchandise delivery date, please email studio@ivancordoba.art to give us your order information.

Step 2. Save original packaging.

Step 3. Take photos of damaged artwork and packaging. Please email these photos to studio@ivancordoba.art.

Step 4. We will contact you to discuss next steps.

Refunds (if applicable)

We are unable to refund or exchange your items if your merchandise is found to be dirty, stained, damaged or abused.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days of your merchandise return.

Order Cancellation (if applicable)

You have the right to cancel your order any time before shipment.

In light of our 7-day return policy, we recommend that you please allow the shipment to arrive so that you can see the work in person before making your final decision whether or not to keep it.

If you're attempting to make changes to an order once payment has been received, we'll need to cancel the order entirely and create a new order.

Note that we are not responsible for any currency conversion differences that may result in a reversed payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at studio@ivancordoba.art and send your item to: 4742 39th ST Fl 2, Queens, NY, 11104, United States.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 4742 39th ST Fl 2, Queens, NY, 11104, United States.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
